Some of my recent cartoon rough sketches
Every week I draw multiple rough sketches. Cartoon ideas usually start life as sloppy felt-tip marker doodles in my sketchbook. Once I have an idea nailed down I quickly draw a rough sketch on my iPad. Most rough sketches end up in the digital trash heap. Occasionally one is good enough that it gets turned into a finished editorial cartoon. I hope you enjoy this look into my creative process. I’ll post additional rough sketches in the future.
